I would like to take a few moments to convey my gratitude to your team for the high level of service our guests and I received during our visit. We invest a huge amount of time, resources, and effort in creating each of our incentive travel programs in our constant effort to create long lasting memories and travel experiences for each individual guest. We are only able to achieve and deliver these special experiences when we're fully supported by the DMC staff, and I am pleased to share that this event was a true success. Those who make their mark in the hospitality industry are few and far between, but do so because of a rare dedication to delivering a consistent, high level of consumer satisfaction. Your team possesses that level of dedication, and it was very clear that they enjoy what they do. (The GM) was very responsive and extremely helpful during the planning stages of the program and I never had to wait for information. I could tell that my priorities were also hers which resulted in a near-to-perfect program, with customized activities, first class airport transfers, and some very nicely prepared evening functions. In addition she was an absolute pleasure to work with and I will insist in working with her on my next trip to the islands you operate on. | . . . where do I begin or stop saying, “Thank you!” Mike’s wife . . . sent an email the morning after the gala……and, she indicated the other events were great but this was the BEST! This note goes to show we all did our homework in advance and worked hard at it to go live on this event and it showed. Ellen and I had such a good feeling from the get-go and it turned out just as we imagined and I am so thankful. I believe everyone was blown away by the entire event and I wish to say, “Thank you!” Please extend my sincere thanks to your team as all this would not have been possible without them. | It’s been a week since we wrapped up the Chairman’s Club program in Barbados and I am still smiling when I think of what a fantastic program we had! Not only was this year’s trip the best Chairman’s Club event to date, it was one of the best programs I have had the pleasure of planning in my 20+ years in the business. I also appreciated the flexibility and professionalism with which you handled the multitude of last minute changes and requests. I always felt that nothing was a problem and I had the confidence that nothing would fall through the cracks. Please pass along my thanks as well to your team – all were friendly and professional, and no matter who we met, we always knew we were in the best of hands.
